Saw this recipe doing rounds in net and finally I decided to make mine.
So today feeling very hungry(and lazy) I figured I have all the ingredients needed for the 5 min microwave cake and decided to finally experiment it.

The ingredients I put:
4 tbsp flour(maida)
3 1/2 sugar
2tbsp cocoa(cadbury's hot chocolate.never dare to put in milo or bournvita!!)
2tbsp white oil
3tbsp milk
1 egg
1 pinch baking soda
1 mug
1 table spoon :P

The mug should be microwave safe, otherwise disaster might ensue.


So here it went..mixing the flour+cocoa+suagr

In the microwave for 3 mins..It was rising in front of eyes! too bad the photo didn't focus well.


The gooey rich chocolate cake


Came off quite well..albeit a bit rubbery..but the taste is yummm.....


Well not so bad when you can make yourself a chocolate cake in 5 mins anytime..and 5 mins is 5 mins not exaggerating.

Will put a bit more blaking soda or only egg white next to make it more spongy..
I'm in a sugar choco shock as I type this.. Feeling more than content after having a 1/2 pound choc cake:D
